Shipping Policy

To ensure your package is delivered and you receive your shipment within the time frame advertised, please ensure address provided is entered in full and correct. If you have made an error in entering shipment details please contact us immediately at customer-care@tyhanaus.com.au. Once shipment has left our warehouse we are unable to make any changes. 

Local delivery

All orders will be processed and dispatched the next business day. Please note: in our busier periods it may take 1-3 business days for orders to be dispatched.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 8-10 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at customer-care@tyhanaus.com.au with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

We accept returns up to 30 days after purchase, if the item is unused and in its original condition, we will refund the full order amount minus the original shipping costs It is the customers responsibility to cover cost of returning the item.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at customer-care@tyhanaus.com.au with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

Our pumps suction levels and modes are specified on our website and unfortunately we cannot offer refunds if you find the pump suction too high or not to your preference.
